مَاذَا تَفْعَل فِي مُقَابَلَة شَخْصِيَّة:
1. Carry your CV and other required documents in a folder. Documents such as: mark sheets, salary slips, key certificates, experience letters (if applicable)
احمل سيرتك الذاتية وغيرها من الوثائق المطلوبة في الملف. وثائق مثل كشوفات الراتب: العلامات، الشهادات الرئيسية رسائل الخبرات (إن وجدت).
2. Dress smartly. Before going for an interview, practice in front of a mirror
ارتدى بأناقة. قبل الذهاب للمقابلة تدرب أمام المرآة.
3. Reach the interview venue before time. It helps you look around and relax a bit.
قم بالوصول إلى مكان المقابلة قبل الموعد. سيساعدك على النظر من حولك والاسترخاء قليلاً.
4. Read about the company and the job profile, so that you could connect your skills to the profile you are applying for.
اقرأ معلومات مختصرة عن الشركة والوظيفة، بحيث يمكنك أن تربط مهاراتك للملف الذي تقدم الطلب إليه.
5. Know your CV well. You should know each and every point on the CV.
تعرف على سيرتك الذاتية بشكل جيد. يجب أن نعرف كل نقطة في السيرة الذاتية.
6. Prepare a file for all the documents and keep everything in order, so that you do not look clumsy in front of the interviewer.
جهز ملف لكل الوثائق وأبق كل شيء بالترتيب، حتى لا تبدو أَحْمَق أمام المقابل.
7. When answering questions, make eye contact. It shows confidence.
عند الإجابة على الأسئلة، تواصل بالعين. هذا يدل على الثقة.
8. Prepare well for the basic questions like, 'Tell me something about yourself', 'Where do you see yourself in five years?' and 'What are your strengths and weaknesses?'
استعد جيداً للأسئلة الأساسية مثل، 'قل لي شيئا عن نفسك'، 'أين ترى نفسك في خمس سنوات؟' و 'ما هي نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف الخاصة بك'؟
9. If you do not understand a question, request the interviewer to elaborate more.
إذا لم تفهم سؤال، اطلب من المقابل مزيدا من التفاصيل.
10. Greet everyone when you go in, and request for permission to be seated before you sit.
حيي الجميع عند الدخول، واطلب الإذن على أن قبل أن تجلس.
